5K & 10K Run/Walk

The Issaquah 5K and 10K Run (or Walk) will wind you through the scenic outback of Lake Sammamish State Park on a variety of trail surfaces. Think cross-country! You’ll enjoy beautiful, flat terrain as you follow along Issaquah Creek. Expect to be joined by some Great Blue Herons (a rookery is near by), some serious runners enjoying a unique course, and friends and family out for some good fun and exercise.

The Course:

We start in the Sunset Beach parking area at the Park and share the Finish Line with the other races, on the grass, near Sunset Beach. Both the 5K & 10K will share the course. The main difference being the shorter distance.

Races begin at 8:30 a.m.
