1. What kind of food and drinks do you serve after the races?

Our Sponsors take good care of you in this department. Plenty of water is provided. Arbor Schools' families make up dozens of a variety of tasty, homemade cookies. Arbor Schools' Moms and Dads will be grilling tasty Johnsonville Brats, from one of our long time sponsors, Johnsonville Sausages. Buns, mustard and ketchup are provided.

2. My family is coming to cheer me on and snap some photos. Can you tell me where they should hang out to get the best views of the race?

Recommend printing out the race site map for your family so they can get a sense of the positioning of the Transition Area (TA), the orientation of the Swim Course, the 5K Run Start Line, the position of the Finish Line, etc. There will be lots of room on the beach for watching the swim. After that, they may want to be near the TA and then make a final move towards the Finish Line. If you?re participating in the 5K Run, there is lots of room on the grass near the Start Line for watching and cheering. All the maps are available on the event website at www.issaquahtri.com . Click on the Course Maps link in the left column.

3. My family members are interested in volunteering for your event. Who do I contact?

4. Where does all the money go?

All of the proceeds will be used to improve Arbor Montessori Schools and to provide scholarships for Montessori school kids on the Eastside
