Kid's Triathlon Recommendations
Your Main Goal
- Enjoy yourself!
- Complete event in fun spirit.
The Day before Event, June 4th 2010
- Pick up your final packet at Hilton Gardens (see website for details).
- Pack your gear bag. All items should be marked with name.
- Enjoy a well-balanced, carb-loaded dinner.
- Get a good night sleep.
The Day of Race, June 5th, 2010
- Eat a good breakfast for energy.
- Arrive on time and check in, be in park one hour before event (8.30am).

- If you have questions, seek out staff who will be wearing event hats.
- Food and water will be supplied at event.
- Note: For the safety of all participants parents/adults will not be allowed on race course.
- Establish area to meet up with your parents/adults after event.
- Go to the bathroom before race start (nerves prior to the event will make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom).
- There is medical support staff on-site, race day inside the park.
- There will be an Information Booth with staff to address your inquires on June 5th and staff to support your inquires at packet pick-up as well.
