Due to the nature of the multisport and run business, many of our expenses need to be paid up front to reserve venues and receive permits. It is therefore not possibly for us to provide refunds on registrations unless TriFREAKS, Inc. cancels a race. In which case we will provide a full refund (minus any registration service fees such as Active.com charges). We will do our absolute best to never have to cancel a race.

TriFREAKS, Inc. will however provide rollover credits for future races for legitimate reasons. Rollovers are available for same season and next year races. A 75% discount (in the form of a discount code) will be applied towards a race of the same distance. Registrants need to contact TriFREAKS, Inc. prior to 30 days of the day of the race in order to receive a voucher for a rollover. Requests made 30 days or closer to the day of the event they were registered for, will null and void their right for a rollover voucher.

Please understand that it is not our intention to profit from this policy, rather to be able to continue to offer a consistent quality of event at a reasonable cost.
